Business Process Automation
We automate repetitive business steps when the rules are clear enough to do so safely and reliably.
A scheduler for creating and tracking work that must happen on a regular timetable.
Some tasks need to become assigned work on a regular timetable, rather than remain calendar notes. A scheduler creates a record for each occurrence. It helps supervisors review missed or completed recurring work and change future schedules without losing the past completion history.
Schedules can hold the task template, frequency, responsible role, due date and completion history. Each occurrence is a separate work record. This is different from a calendar reminder because it can show whether the recurring task was assigned, completed or missed.
The schedule creates the next task at the agreed time. The responsible person completes the checklist and records evidence where required. Supervisors review missed work, while a changed schedule affects future occurrences without rewriting the history of completed tasks.
SFn can configure recurrence rules, holiday handling and assignment fallback. Operations or checklist systems may receive the generated tasks. Duplicate runs, time-zone boundaries and paused schedules require tests before the scheduler is relied on for important recurring work.
