Cross-System Sync Manager

A controlled connection that keeps agreed records consistent between two or more business systems.

Staff need consistent selected records when several tools participate in one business process. A sync manager maintains those agreed connections with visible failures and source ownership. It is useful when manual copying creates conflicting customer details or repeated records across systems.

02

What it manages

It can hold field mappings, source ownership, synchronisation status and failure logs. Sync is narrower than general automation: it maintains selected data relationships. Each field needs a source of truth so changes do not bounce between systems or overwrite a more recent value.

03

How it works in a business

A source change is detected or imported on schedule. The manager maps the fields, checks the destination and applies an allowed update. Failed or conflicting records enter a review queue. Reconciliation confirms that the agreed records reached the destination without duplicates.

04

What SFn can customise

SFn can configure direction, frequency, conflict rules and retry behaviour. Supported APIs or imports determine what can be connected. Deletes, concurrent changes, expired credentials and interrupted runs need tested recovery and clear ownership.
