Business Process Automation
We automate repetitive business steps when the rules are clear enough to do so safely and reliably.
A rules-based workflow for routing requests to the right approvers and recording their decisions.
Requests wait unnecessarily when staff cannot determine the correct approver or the next review stage. An automation hub applies the agreed routing rules and records the handover. It is useful for repeatable approvals where the decision remains visible and exceptional requests have an owner.
It can hold request types, approval thresholds, decision stages, delegates and an action history. Rules determine where a request goes; the authorised person still makes the decision unless a specific automatic rule has been approved. Exceptions remain visible rather than disappearing between stages.
A checked request enters the appropriate approval route. The approver accepts, rejects or returns it, and the next stage follows the recorded decision. Delegation handles absence, while overdue requests prompt an agreed reminder or escalation.
SFn can configure threshold rules, sequential or parallel review and integration triggers. Purchase, expense or internal request systems can connect. Self-approval restrictions, repeated submissions and changed request values need tests before approved work is released automatically.
