Business Process Automation
We automate repetitive business steps when the rules are clear enough to do so safely and reliably.
A rules-based service that reminds the responsible people about work and escalates defined exceptions.
A reminder is useful only if it reaches the right person about work that still needs attention. This engine coordinates timing and escalation against actual states. It suits processes where staff manually chase overdue tasks or receive repeated alerts that no longer reflect the work.
Rules can use task state, due date, priority and ownership to decide when a notification is useful. Escalation transfers attention or responsibility according to policy. It should avoid sending the same alert repeatedly or contacting staff about work that has already been completed.
A work record reaches a defined condition, such as an overdue approval. The engine sends the approved reminder and records delivery. If the condition remains unresolved after the agreed interval, it escalates to the next owner; a completed or cancelled task stops the sequence.
SFn can configure timing, channels, frequency limits and escalation paths. Work queues and communication providers can connect. Time zones, quiet periods, missing owners and failed delivery need explicit rules so automation does not create a new source of confusion.
