Business Process Automation
We automate repetitive business steps when the rules are clear enough to do so safely and reliably.
A maintained collection of company policies and standard operating procedures, with clear owners and current versions.
Instructions are only useful if staff can locate the current approved version. This library gives procedure owners a place to publish and maintain it. It suits organisations where policies and operating steps are spread across folders, with no clear distinction between current guidance and retired material.
Entries can contain the procedure, department, version, effective date and review date. Staff need to find the approved instructions and distinguish them from drafts or retired versions. Unlike a general knowledge base, this library centres on controlled company procedures.
An owner prepares or revises a procedure and submits it for the agreed review. The approved version is published to relevant staff. Review reminders return ageing material to the owner, and retired instructions remain identifiable without appearing as current guidance.
SFn can configure categories, review stages and role-based access. Acknowledgement or employee intranet tools can be connected. The organisation must supply and approve the policy content; publishing it in a library does not establish legal or regulatory compliance.
