Business Process Automation
We automate repetitive business steps when the rules are clear enough to do so safely and reliably.
A register that connects contract files to their version, review status and responsible owner.
A contract passes through drafts, review and signing before it becomes the agreement staff should reference. The tracker makes that document status clear to authorised owners. It is useful when files are easy to find but their version, review history or signed status is uncertain.
Records can contain counterparties, document links, draft or signed status, reviewers and key dates. This focuses on the document lifecycle, while a renewal tracker concentrates on future dates and actions. Signed files and working drafts need clearly different treatment.
A draft contract is registered and sent for review. Revisions retain version references, and the final signed copy is recorded with the responsible owner. Staff can locate the agreed document and its history without assuming that the latest file in a folder is the executed agreement.
SFn can configure review labels, document access and links to renewal records. Storage or signature-provider connections depend on the required workflow. Legal interpretation and signing authority remain with the authorised people, with sensitive agreements restricted appropriately.
