Business Process Automation
We automate repetitive business steps when the rules are clear enough to do so safely and reliably.
A review process for documents that must be checked and approved before they are issued or used.
Staff need to identify the document version that was approved and the person responsible for the decision. A workflow keeps that history attached to the file. It is useful when review comments arrive by email and an edited document later replaces the accepted copy without a new approval.
The system can hold document versions, authors, reviewers, comments and approval decisions. A decision refers to a particular version, not simply a filename that can be replaced later. The workflow helps staff identify the approved copy and the changes awaiting review.
An author submits a draft to the required reviewers. Comments return it for revision or an authorised decision approves the version. Publication or distribution follows the approval, and a later change starts a new review rather than overwriting the accepted document silently.
SFn can configure review sequences, version labels and permission roles. Existing document storage and notification services may be connected. Retention, signatures and formal legal approval requirements need specific scope rather than being assumed from a basic workflow.
Your selections help us understand the scope. You can review or remove them before sending an enquiry.
