Business Process Automation
We automate repetitive business steps when the rules are clear enough to do so safely and reliably.
A structured record of inspections, completed checks and issues that require corrective action.
Inspections produce observations that may require action after the checklist is completed. This system connects the result, evidence and response. Supervisors can see outstanding issues instead of treating a submitted form as proof that all required corrections have been carried out.
Inspection templates can contain questions, expected evidence, observations, pass or fail results and assigned actions. The record captures what was checked and when. A checked box should not imply a wider certification beyond the specific inspection and evidence recorded.
An inspector opens the correct checklist, records findings and attaches evidence. Failed or incomplete checks create actions for the responsible owner. A reviewer confirms the response and closes the issue, retaining the original finding and any later reinspection.
SFn can configure templates, scoring rules and corrective-action workflows. Site, asset or operations records can be linked. Mobile capture and offline use may be scoped separately, with required standards and inspection wording supplied by the business.
