Process Mapping & SOPs
We map how work is done, remove unnecessary confusion and turn the final process into clear steps, roles and SOPs.
A record of governance meetings, reviewed papers, decisions and the actions assigned afterwards.
Formal review meetings need an accepted record of decisions and the actions that follow them. This tracker helps organisers maintain the agenda, papers and approved minutes together. It is useful when outstanding actions are repeatedly reconstructed from separate meeting documents without a clear owner or due date.
It can hold the agenda, attendees, document references, decision wording and action owners. Draft notes and approved minutes are different records. Access may be restricted because the material can include confidential company decisions rather than ordinary team updates.
The organiser prepares the agenda and supporting papers. After the meeting, draft minutes are checked and approved according to the agreed process. Assigned actions receive owners and due dates, and the next meeting reviews outstanding work against the recorded decisions.
SFn can configure agenda templates, minutes review and action reports. Document and task systems may connect to the tracker. Approval wording, restricted access and retention requirements must follow the organisation's actual governance arrangements.
