Booking, Scheduling & Workflow Systems
We build booking, scheduling and workflow systems for businesses that need clearer control over appointments, jobs, availability and follow-up.
A system for managing waiting customers or requests and showing which person or task is next.
An appointment plan does not always describe the people actually waiting for service. Queue software gives reception and service staff a view of arrivals and the next agreed action. It is useful where several counters or teams share a waiting area and need consistent calling rules.
Queue entries can hold arrival time, service type, priority, assigned counter and waiting status. The system differs from appointment booking because it manages actual arrival and service order. Priority rules need to be understandable to staff and appropriate for the setting.
Reception registers an arrival and places it in the relevant queue. An available staff member calls the next entry, records service start and closes it on completion. Missed calls, transfers and urgent cases follow defined rules rather than informal changes to the order.
SFn can configure queues, display information and counter roles. Appointment systems or reception screens can be connected. Public displays should use limited identifiers, and any priority rules in a healthcare context must come from the responsible clinical team.
