AI Assistants & Company Knowledge
We build AI assistants that can search approved company information and help users find, understand or draft answers from it.
An assisted workflow for turning permitted meeting recordings or notes into a reviewable summary and action list.
Meeting notes can leave decisions and responsibilities unclear after the discussion ends. An assisted system prepares a draft record from permitted material for the meeting owner to review. It is useful when the team needs consistent notes but still requires people to confirm commitments and attribution.
It can hold meeting details, source notes or transcript, draft summary, decisions and proposed tasks. Recording and transcript access need consent and clear retention rules. An inferred action or speaker attribution should not become an accepted record without the agreed review.
The meeting owner provides the authorised source material. The system drafts a summary and identifies possible decisions and actions. Participants or the owner correct it, then approved tasks are passed to the project or operations workflow with their responsible people and dates.
SFn can configure summary formats, review roles and task connections. Calendar or transcription providers may be used where appropriate. Consent, recording quality, speaker ambiguity and correction handling should be evaluated before automatic distribution is enabled.
