AI Assistants & Company Knowledge
We build AI assistants that can search approved company information and help users find, understand or draft answers from it.
An assistant for preparing sales notes, follow-up drafts and summaries from permitted customer information.
Sales staff can save preparation time when permitted customer history and approved offer information are assembled into a reviewable draft. The assistant supports that preparation. It is useful where staff repeatedly summarise the same context, with a person retaining responsibility for customer-facing statements.
It can use CRM context, approved offer material and staff instructions to suggest the next communication. The focus is preparation rather than autonomous promises, pricing or customer contact. Staff remain responsible for checking facts and commitments before a draft is sent.
A salesperson opens the relevant opportunity and asks for a summary or draft. The assistant uses the permitted context and identifies missing information. The salesperson reviews and edits the result, then records the accepted communication through the normal sales process.
SFn can configure offer references, drafting boundaries and CRM access. Approval can be required before any external message or record update. Tests should cover incorrect prices, stale customer details and requests to disclose information from unrelated accounts.
