Customer Support Systems
We build support workflows, knowledge tools and customer-service systems that make requests easier to track and resolve.
A customer-facing way to request a defined service and see its progress.
Some customer requests follow a known process and need specific information before work can begin. This portal guides the requester through that intake and shows subsequent progress. It suits businesses whose staff repeatedly chase missing details from a general enquiry form or email.
Requests can include the service type, required information, attachments, owner and status. It is more structured than a general contact form because each service can ask for the fields needed to begin work. It may feed a help desk, work-order queue or approval process.
The customer chooses a service, completes its form and receives a reference. Staff check the request, seek missing information and assign the work. The portal shows agreed status updates and the customer can provide further information against the same record.
SFn can design service-specific forms, eligibility rules and status messages. Internal assignment and customer notifications can be integrated. External visibility should exclude internal notes and information about other customers or unrelated requests.
Your selections help us understand the scope. You can review or remove them before sending an enquiry.
