Receivables Tracker

A view of customer invoices, due dates and collection follow-up so unpaid amounts have clear ownership.

Finance staff may have accurate invoices but still need a practical queue for collecting outstanding amounts. This tracker organises that follow-up with due dates, ownership and payment references. It suits businesses where collection notes live outside the accounting records and disappear when staff change.

02

What it manages

Records can include invoice references, customer, amount, payment status and follow-up notes. Ageing groups unpaid amounts by how long they have been outstanding. The tracker can use accounting exports; it supports collection work without claiming to replace statutory accounting.

03

How it works in a business

Invoice data is imported or entered and checked. Staff review amounts approaching or past their due date, record contact and link confirmed payments. Disputed invoices are marked separately so collection reminders do not continue without the issue being addressed.

04

What SFn can customise

SFn can define ageing views, collection assignments and reminder approval rules. Accounting or payment records can be connected where supported. Reconciliation must handle partial payments, credits and duplicated imports before balances are accepted as current.
