Internal Team & Operations Systems
We build internal tools and workflows for staff tasks, approvals, knowledge, onboarding and day-to-day operations.
A record of which staff have acknowledged a specific version of a company policy.
The business may need a record that specific employees received and acknowledged an approved policy version. This system keeps the assignment and action together. It suits a defined acknowledgement process where the responsible staff need to see outstanding responses without confusing them with training or certification.
It can hold policy references, versions, assigned audiences, acknowledgement dates and reminder status. Acknowledgement means the recorded action occurred; it does not by itself prove legal consent, training competence or understanding. The wording of the action must reflect what the business requires.
An approved policy version is assigned to the relevant employees. They read it and complete the defined acknowledgement. Staff responsible for the process review outstanding responses, while a new policy version can start a fresh assignment without rewriting the earlier history.
SFn can configure assignment groups, reminder schedules and restricted reports. Policy libraries and employee records may be connected. Required wording, departed employees and version changes need agreement, with legal requirements reviewed by the appropriate adviser.
