CRM & Sales Operations
We set up or build CRM systems that help teams control leads, customer records, pipeline activity and follow-up.
A view of open sales opportunities, their stage and the action needed to progress each one.
Sales teams use a pipeline to distinguish work that is at different stages of a buying decision. It makes the next action and evidence behind a deal's status visible. The view is useful when a list of customers alone cannot explain what may close or what has stalled.
Each opportunity can include value, likely closing date, owner, stage, proposal reference and loss reason. The system focuses on deals rather than being a complete customer directory. Stage definitions make totals useful: an initial enquiry and an accepted proposal should not mean the same thing.
A salesperson creates an opportunity after identifying a possible sale, updates the stage as evidence changes and records the next action. A manager reviews stalled opportunities and closing dates. When a deal ends, its outcome is recorded rather than left indefinitely in the active pipeline.
Sales stages, review views and stage-entry requirements can be tailored to your offer. SFn can connect quotation records and add ageing or conversion reports. Forecast calculations must state their assumptions instead of presenting expected revenue as certain income.
Your selections help us understand the scope. You can review or remove them before sending an enquiry.
