Customer Support Systems
We build support workflows, knowledge tools and customer-service systems that make requests easier to track and resolve.
A queue of customer support requests with an owner, response history and resolution status.
Support requests become difficult to manage when ownership is spread across inboxes or chats. A ticket gives each issue a reference and status that another staff member can understand. Customers can receive consistent follow-up while supervisors review unresolved work across the support team.
Tickets store the request, customer, category, priority, assigned team and conversation. Response targets help identify overdue work. A shared queue differs from an individual mailbox because ownership and status remain visible when staff change or a request needs another department.
A request creates a ticket, which is categorised and assigned. Staff reply, record any investigation and move the ticket through waiting or active states. Escalation routes unresolved work to another owner; closure records the resolution, with reopening available when the issue returns.
SFn can tailor queues, categories, response targets and escalation rules. Email intake, customer portals and knowledge articles can be connected. Permissions must distinguish support staff, supervisors and customers so one customer cannot see another customer's request.
